Josh has nearly 20 years of experience as an Independent Adjuster handling residential, commercial, and general liability claims. He is also regularly hired as an appraiser and umpire to help resolve insurance claim disputes. He founded Sparta to bridge the gap between carriers, contractors, and property owners and help ensure fair claim outcomes.

Steve lives in central Minnesota with his wife and two children and has over 25 years of experience in the construction and insurance claims industry. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, following sports, hunting, fishing, listening to music, and spending time outdoors.

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Vonda Christy serves as Sparta's Administrative and Billing Coordinator, overseeing day-to-day administration, bookkeeping, and billing operations. Her attention to detail and organizational expertise help keep Sparta running efficiently while supporting both clients and team members throughout the claims process.

SUPPLEMENTER

Howard’s restoration career began in chimney reconstruction and masonry restoration. He later moved into insurance claim management, estimating, and supplementing, helping contractors and property owners navigate the claims process with confidence. Passionate about the restoration industry, he is committed to continuous learning and professional growth.

ESTIMATOR

Lauren started in the exterior restoration business in 2021 always in claims, estimating, and supplementing to help contractors and homeowners navigate the storm restoration claims process. Lauren is passionate about her work, ensuring the homeowner is #1, and always committed to growth and learning throughout the industry.

MARKETING MANAGER

Holly is excited to be part of the Sparta team and contribute to the company's growth. She oversees Sparta's website, social media, and brand development, helping communicate the company's values and maintain a cohesive brand presence.
